- Supporting the delivery of business-led technology-enabled transformation programs that places the users at the center
- Leading and contributing to discussions with technology and business decision makers
- Ability to help others think critically and share complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences both orally and in writing
- Collaborating and contributing both as a team member and as a team leader, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance
- Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, including researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, either from consulting & professional services or in an industry role
- Bachelor’s degree in technical background or business (computer science, software engineering and/or management)
- Understanding around the end-to-end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure, including relevant cloud solution offerings e.g. SaaS, IaaS and PaaS
- Experience advising on or developing product roadmaps, blueprints and implementation of roadmaps that align technology investments with critical business priorities
- Experience conducting maturity or needs assessments, identifying and prioritizing opportunities/projects, developing roadmaps and estimates, and building consensus
- Knowledge of architecture, design and development of enterprise technology solutions, including information management, infrastructure and applications
- An understanding of agile software development and implementation processes and tools
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, and other related technology certifications would be an asset
- Fluency in English and French.
