- Understanding of IT applications and infrastructure, cloud solutions (e.g., SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
- Experience advising on or developing product roadmaps and implementation plans
- Knowledge of enterprise technology solutions architecture, design, and development
- Understanding of agile software development processes and related certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) would be an asset
