About the role
- Senior Product Manager owning a trusted referral network for Toronto’s home-management platform. Shaping 0-1 product strategy, customer outcomes, and marketplace growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the referral network and ensure a seamless, high-impact experience for stakeholders
- Partner with leadership to set team direction aligned with company strategy
- Own the team roadmap and prioritize opportunities and solutions
- Ensure product bets are valuable, profitable, viable, and sustainable
- Conduct regular customer conversations and gather firsthand insights
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to guide decisions and rally the team
- Define detailed requirements, rulesets, and acceptance criteria
- Own the introduction and understanding of team initiatives internally and with customers
- Monitor industry competition, trends, and macro factors to inform strategy
- Partner with PMs, Designers, and Engineers across the company to deliver holistic solutions
- Report to the Head of Product and work with a Designer and Tech Lead
Requirements
- Experience working in empowered product teams with PMs, Designers, and Developers
- Ability to drive outcomes rather than push features
- Strong customer-context expertise
- Ability to work with ambiguity and synthesize qualitative and quantitative sources
- Strong product sense
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading initiatives spanning multiple teams and influencing roadmaps, planning, and execution
- Regular customer-interaction experience
- Experience founding a startup, leading initiatives at an early-stage company, or owning a 0-1 product at an established company
- Willingness to work in a hybrid role in the office 3 days a week
