About the role

Responsibilities
- Champion and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive, time-boxed, and contribute to the team's goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the agile squad and application owners.
- Coach the team on agile principles and practices, promote transparency on progress and impediments.
- Proactively identify and surface risks, dependencies, and gaps through offline working sessions and continuous collaboration.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of team artifacts, including Jira boards, dashboards, and sprint reports.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) with strong, proven experience in agile environments.
- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery principles.
- Experience coordinating technical projects, preferably migrations from data centers to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Proficiency with Jira for managing backlogs, creating dashboards, and reporting on KPIs.
- At least one foundational cloud certification (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer).
- Excellent communication, and facilitation skills, with a collaborative and supportive demeanor.
