About the role

  • Bilingual Caseworker managing projects and providing telephone support for patient programs. Role includes data documentation and ongoing training for case management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects and/or cases
  • Adhere to company-wide processes
  • Provide telephone support
  • Implement call center programs
  • Document each activity in the database
  • Participate in and attend ongoing professional development training
  • Provide feedback on current protocols

Requirements

  • General education required in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or similar disciplines
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Bilingual (French/English) required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical fields is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
