  • Caseworker managing assigned projects and cases for Cencora's clients. Adhering to company processes and providing patient support via telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Managing assigned projects and/or cases
  • Adhere to general company processes
  • Telephone support for patients and healthcare professionals
  • Implement call-center programs
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols
  • Document activities in program specific database
  • Provide feedback on current protocols and processes
  • Clear communication with workforce regarding case management during absences
  • Assist in training new caseworkers
  • Report adverse events to relevant departments

Requirements

  • Earning a degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations
  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field is an asset
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
