- Apply lean and agile methodologies for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Life Sciences with 7+ experience in Project Management in regulated fields
- PMI/Agile certification is highly desirable
- Extensive experience managing complex projects/programs in CMC
- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and other methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership in influencing stakeholders
- Advanced understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Experienced in financial management and vendor management
- Strong quality orientation, attention to detail
