About the role

  • Senior Analyst running Salesforce’s B2B pipeline programs across channels. Optimizing funnel performance, lead routing, and marketing-to-sales handoffs for seller action.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the quarterly hotspot program cycle end-to-end
  • Build multi-channel programs aligned with leadership objectives
  • Partner with Cloud Field Marketing and OU Marketing on signals, timing, messaging, and audience coverage
  • Launch programs on time, optimize mid-flight, and build repeatable playbooks
  • Track program performance and report pipeline contribution with clear attribution
  • Use funnel performance data to inform program design and target accounts at the right stage
  • Identify funnel coverage gaps and build always-on programs, including low-score lead nurture and contact engagement programs
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and BDR leadership on scoring, routing, and lead quality improvements
  • Own marketing-to-sales handoffs by building target account lists, ProspectingIQ guides, and contact intelligence
  • Ensure event leads are scored, routed, and handed off with relevant seller context
  • Align program outputs with BDR Dev Ops tooling and infrastructure
  • Measure handoff effectiveness through response rate, time-to-contact, and lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Close the loop with Sales Development and Field Sales on program effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing in a B2B tech environment
  • Ability to take a brief from strategy to launch across multiple channels and stakeholders
  • Comfort working with lead funnel data and interpreting conversion reports
  • Experience working closely with Sales Development or BDR teams
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams
  • Clear communication skills and ability to translate campaign logic into seller-ready messaging
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and contact intelligence platforms is an advantage
