About the role

Implementation Consultant deploying Samsara’s IoT platform for Canadian fleet and industrial customers. Managing implementations, training users, and driving product adoption across Mid-Market accounts.

Responsibilities

Advise and guide Mid-Market customers through onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal
Own customer relationships and ensure successful deployment of Samsara’s IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets
Manage technology deployments and enable customers to achieve quick time to value
Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage
Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health
Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users
Work through customer challenges across numerous use cases
Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product
Explain Samsara platform capabilities to customers of all types
Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

2-4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role; Mid-Market SaaS experience preferred
English and French fluency
Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
Experience supporting or working with technical products
Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day software users
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS is advantageous
