About the role

  • Bilingual Case Manager managing patient enrollment and reimbursement processes at Sentrex Health Solutions. Providing coordination for prescribed patient therapies and ensuring timely access.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely patient enrollment in the patient support program
  • Collaborate with patients, insurers, and prescribers regarding required documentation to maximize reimbursement coverage
  • Support escalation to the employer, if necessary
  • Review patient status and assist the prescribing physician in preparing documentation for public or private coverage
  • Collect information and assess patients' financial eligibility according to program guidelines
  • Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with timely information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • 1–2 years of experience in patient support programs
  • Experience with reimbursement billing, special access programs, and the appeals process
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
  • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting regulations and legislation
  • Must be able to work from home in a dedicated home office (quiet and private workspace)
