Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely patient enrollment in the patient support program
- Collaborate with patients, insurers, and prescribers regarding required documentation to maximize reimbursement coverage
- Support escalation to the employer, if necessary
- Review patient status and assist the prescribing physician in preparing documentation for public or private coverage
- Collect information and assess patients' financial eligibility according to program guidelines
- Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with timely information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- 1–2 years of experience in patient support programs
- Experience with reimbursement billing, special access programs, and the appeals process
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting regulations and legislation
- Must be able to work from home in a dedicated home office (quiet and private workspace)
