Responsibilities
Responsible for timely patient enrollment in the patient support program
Collaborate with patients, insurers, and prescribers regarding required documentation to maximize reimbursement coverage
Support escalation to the employer, if necessary
Review patient status and assist the prescribing physician in preparing documentation for public or private coverage
Collect information and assess patients' financial eligibility according to program guidelines
Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with timely information
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
1–2 years of experience in patient support programs
Experience with reimbursement billing, special access programs, and the appeals process
In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
Strong analytical skills, including interpreting regulations and legislation
Must be able to work from home in a dedicated home office (quiet and private workspace)
