Responsibilities
Own the Payment Platform roadmap, developing a clear product vision, success metrics, and priorities aligned with company revenue and growth targets.
Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs—from field technicians collecting payments to merchants running their businesses to consumers settling invoices—and translate those insights into clear product strategies and scalable systems.
Define and own core payments metrics to guide prioritization and measure impact.
Collaborate with leadership, partnerships, financing, strategy and go-to-market teams–translating complex requirements into clear plans, and driving execution through ambiguity.
Execute effectively across all areas of the product life cycle, including research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption, outcomes, and impact.
Identify opportunities to unlock new revenue through flexible pricing models, international expansion, and cost efficiency improvements.
Requirements
5+ years in product management, payments platform experience preferred
Proven track record of owning and scaling payment solutions in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems: gateways, payment rails, and authorization optimization.
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex customer workflows
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
Familiarity with SaaS business models a plus
4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred.
