Responsibilities
Take ownership of end-to-end design for major product areas: Lead projects from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and final execution on mobile and web.
Shape product direction: Partner early with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and influence roadmap decisions rather than just executing on them.
Design for impact: Create experiences that improve key metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and conversion while delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
Advocate for customer understanding: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and ensure the team stays grounded in real user needs.
Scale our design systems: Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns that ensure consistency across the app, web, and marketing surfaces.
Raise the bar for design: Help improve design quality, processes, and cross-team collaboration. Provide feedback and contribute to a strong design culture.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer products.
Strong experience owning end-to-end user journeys on mobile and web.
Ability to balance product thinking, systems design, and visual craft.
Comfortable working on ambiguous problems and shaping solutions from scratch.
Excellent communicator able to articulate design decisions to cross-functional partners.
Collaborative by default, with strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Comfortable with tools like Figma and interaction prototyping to bring ideas to life.
