About the role

  • Technical Success Manager helping Canadian customers adopt Snyk’s developer security platform. Leading scalable workshops, enablement programs, and DevSecOps guidance for secure software development.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical success for a large portfolio of customers through scheduled sessions focused on technical and business outcomes
  • Lead one-to-many technical workshops, office hours, and best-practice webinars
  • Analyze customer usage data to uncover trends, identify risk, and trigger targeted outreach
  • Drive scalable customer adoption from initial security wins toward mature DevSecOps practices
  • Create and curate tutorials, best-practice guides, and videos for customer self-service
  • Synthesize feedback from hundreds of customers into themes influencing the product roadmap
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Education to solve segment-level customer needs
  • Coach customers on embedding SAST, SCA, secrets, container, and IaC scanning into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Guide customers on securing AI-generated code and AI-assisted development
  • Track engagement and outcome metrics and optimize successful programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as customer success, solutions engineering, technical account management, or professional services
  • Proven experience designing and executing one-to-many programs such as webinars, email campaigns, digital journeys, or workshops
  • Working knowledge of developer tools such as GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, and VS Code
  • Understanding of how code moves from commit to production
  • Understanding of Application Security concepts including SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, secrets, container scanning, and IaC scanning
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling and foundational understanding of the DevSecOps lifecycle
  • Genuine interest in AI, developer workflows, and Application Security
  • Working fluency with AI-assisted tools such as Claude or Gemini
  • Effective written and verbal communication with developers, security leads, and executive sponsors
  • Exceptional organization and time management in a high-volume environment
  • Nice to have: developer background or hands-on work with coding and agentic AI systems
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with AppSec programs such as threat modeling or vulnerability management
  • Nice to have: familiarity with OWASP or NIST frameworks
  • Nice to have: scripting experience or digital program transformation experience
  • Nice to have: relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+
