Cyber Security Customer Solution Architect delivering integrated security solutions for the Canadian federal government. Collaborating with various teams to enhance cybersecurity posture while supporting federal compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
Work with client-facing account teams to identify and understand client problems
Map the client’s target outcomes to strategies and potential solutions
Orchestrate virtual teams and build business cases, success metrics and adoption plans
Facilitate client conversations to enhance understanding of cyber security
Deliver presentations to clients including technical design workshops and product demonstrations
Align with key partners to deliver workshops and secure customer incentives
Own and manage end-to-end processes involved in proof-of-value programs
Represent the company at trade shows and webinars
Support the sales teams in maintaining accurate Salesforce hygiene
Requirements
10 or more years of demonstrated success in delivering cyber security solutions and technologies
Proven track record in selling multi-vendor integrated solutions and professional services
7 or more years of experience working directly with the Canadian federal government
Strong leadership to guide technical discussions
Deep knowledge of cyber security solution architecture, design, and implementation
Ability to translate executive-level objectives into a security platform roadmap and adoption plan
Demonstrable ability to successfully collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism, confidence, good analytical and presentation skills, and strong time management
