Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end automations from provided solution designs
- Power Automate cloud flows and Power Apps for operational workflows
- Implement data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Excel
- Produce implementation documentation
- Monitor live automations and apps; troubleshoot issues
- Manage solution lifecycle activities
- Support governance and risk controls
- Contribute to templates and guides for common patterns
- Support coaching and training emerging citizen developers
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Automation Experience
- Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
- Power Automate (cloud flows; bonus for desktop/RPA)
- Copilot Studio
- Strong capability to implement from defined requirements/designs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Forms)
- Experience with Git-based source control and Azure DevOps
- Practical understanding of maintainability
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Dataverse schema design, security roles, and model-driven apps
- Exposure to AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot capabilities
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance concepts
- Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are an asset.
