Support Engineer for Solenis ensuring effective and safe chemical treatment application at customer sites. Collaborating with Sales Account Managers and identifying growth opportunities in existing customers.
Responsibilities
Primary district-level technical support
Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on the design and implementation of projects
Regular communication with Sales management regarding activities performed at customer sites
Identify and develop growth opportunities with existing customers and prospects
Service visits and routine testing to ensure the effectiveness of chemical applications
Prepare reports following each service visit
Analyze performance data for chemical applications
Participate in technical training to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; or 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 50 lb
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong customer-focused orientation
Fluency in French, both spoken and written, required
Basic knowledge of English required
