About the role

  • IT Support Analyst IV providing application support and systems management for financial services. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution, stability, and monitoring of applications environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems
  • Partner with key stakeholders to schedule packaging and release new applications
  • Provide effective day-to-day support for applications/systems
  • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems
  • Monitor system lifecycles
  • Provide Disaster Recovery support

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • SAS programming language knowledge is mandatory
  • Mainframe platform knowledge (ie. JCL, AWF Scheduling, Endevor)
  • Overall Rahona/Cloud knowledge
  • Experience running ETL jobs
  • Databricks experience
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
