About the role

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the Hastus environment, ensuring availability, performance, and security
  • Manage user access and profiles in accordance with applicable security policies
  • Configure business rules and develop attributes or formulas
  • Manage or collaborate on integrations with other systems, including the creation of OIG/OIR
  • Develop automation scripts for data transfers
  • Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Install new software versions
  • Provide user support, including troubleshooting, fixes, and incident resolution
  • Monitor system performance and health, and maintain technical documentation
  • Maintain a log of incidents and implemented fixes
  • Maintain an access management log
  • Document modified parameters, including attributes, formulas, and lists
  • Update technical guides
  • Support the internal team with upgrades and the integration of new modules into the software suite, in collaboration with internal administrators and system owners

Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or a related discipline, at minimum
  • At least 5 years of experience as a programmer-analyst
  • Participation in at least two assignments completed within the past five years in comparable technology environments
  • Proficiency in SQL and .NET
  • Assets: Experience in an application systems administrator role
  • Assets: Participation in a Hastus software upgrade project
  • Assets: Strong knowledge of Talend tools, including ETL and ESB
  • Assets: Relevant certification, such as Microsoft, PMP, or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-service orientation and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to plan and track multiple activities simultaneously
  • Professional rigor and strong organizational skills
