About the role
- Administrateur système intégrant et maintenant le progiciel Hastus pour une organisation québécoise de transport collectif. Configuration, automatisation, intégrations et soutien aux utilisateurs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Hastus environment, including its availability, performance, and security
- Manage user access and profiles in accordance with applicable security policies
- Configure business rules and develop attributes or formulas
- Manage or collaborate on integrations with other systems, including through the creation of OIGs/OIRs
- Develop automation scripts for data transfers
- Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Install new software versions
- Provide user support through diagnostics, fixes, and incident resolution
- Monitor system performance and health
- Maintain technical documentation
- Maintain a log of incidents and implemented fixes
- Maintain an access management log
- Document modified parameters in detail, including attributes, formulas, and lists
- Update technical guides
- Support the internal team with upgrades and the integration of new Hastus modules, in collaboration with internal administrators and system leads
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) in computer science or a related field (minimum requirement)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a programmer analyst
- Experience contributing to at least 2 assignments completed within the past 5 years in comparable technology environments
- Proficiency in SQL and .NET
- Experience in an application systems administrator role
- Participation in a Hastus software upgrade project
- Good knowledge of Talend tools (ETL, ESB)
- Relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft, PMP, or equivalent)
- Copy of diploma (or an attestation recognized by Quebec's Ministry of Education and Higher Education)
- If the diploma was obtained outside Canada: comparative evaluation issued by MIFI
