About the role
- RFP & Technical Proposal Writer at Speer Technologies translating complex technical concepts into proposals. Collaborating with engineering and business development teams in a fully remote environment across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Translate engineering concepts, product capabilities, and technical specifications into clear, accurate content
- Work closely with the Director of Product and internal engineering resources
- Provide dedicated technical writing support across concurrent RFP submissions
- Build a library of reusable technical content
- Ensure all technical content meets submission requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve technical input process
Requirements
- Engineering background with a transition into technical writing
- Previous experience contributing to RFP responses, proposals, or technical documentation
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive and self-directed
