About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in maintaining detailed schedules, task lists and tracking tools.
- Coordinate and follow up on daily activities, including tracking ESRs, managing samples and test schedules.
- Manage documentation, including technical files, product specifications, certificates and internal databases.
- Track task and deliverable progress, ensuring deadlines are met and communicating with stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record action items and follow-ups.
- Participate in SKU creation, data entry and updates to ERP systems (SAP and NetSuite).
- Collaborate with suppliers to gather and consolidate technical information and documentation.
- Support logistics related to product samples, testing and certification processes.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and project updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all project-related data and documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Solid administrative and coordination skills in a technical environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is an asset).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or lighting environment is an asset.
- Experience in manufacturing and B2B environments is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), MS Project and strong IT skills.
- Knowledge of ERP software (SAP and NetSuite) is an asset.
- Bilingualism required: French and English, both spoken and written.
