Responsibilities
Lead team’s of design professionals and technicians
Mentor and guide staff and develop high-performing project teams
Perform business development/application tasks
Collaborate with staff to increase project wins and develop long lasting client relationships
Develop project management plans for projects
Establish goals and objectives for unique and complex projects
Ensure projects achieve budget, schedule, and contractual obligations
Conduct quality assurance and quality control on assigned projects
Involved in the permitting process of projects
Make decisions on large projects
Manage projects of varying complexity within multidisciplinary teams
Assist business leaders in project revenue forecasting
Oversee proposals including development of the scope and level of effort of comparable size.
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 15 years related experience in project management, preferably for water and/or wastewater facility projects
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng), preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Ability to review and coordinate designs and studies
Understanding of local and regional jurisdictional codes, legal and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
Travel to other offices as well as to project sites may be required.
