About the role
- Delivery Manager (Agile) supporting the Digital Wealth & Insurance Technology Solutions at Sun Life. Focused on GRS Portfolio, strategy development, and technology trends.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate budgetary/financial processes and reporting for the GRS Portfolio
- Provide support at the GRS portfolio, platform and squad levels with respect to Quarterly Increment Planning (QIP), Quarterly Review (QR), Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and related deliverables
- Work with leaders and coaches to support value realization, cycle time and benefits tracking processes
- Support the pursuit and realization of new business opportunities
- Manage the business investment in the IT portfolio
- Identify new opportunities and facilitate business prioritization and decisions
- Ensure DBTS services are delivered at the appropriate service level and cost
Requirements
