SOTI seeks a Senior Web Analytics and Reporting Specialist to implement analytics tools, build dashboards, and analyze data to drive digital marketing performance.
About the role
- Support Engineer responsible for operational support of data analytics and cloud technologies at Sun Life Financial. Collaborate with project teams to enhance and maintain data processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for safeguarding our client’s data, by providing superior operational support both on premise and in the Cloud
- Maintain and support processes in multiple Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence, Data Integration applications
- Write complex SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building and supporting ETL processes, data integration and pipelines
- Continuously monitor environments to identify and implement operational improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years experience developing in: Mainframe: TSO, ZEKE, JCL, COBOL
- ETL: Informatica, IDMC (Informatica Cloud), Master Data Management (MDM), AWS Glue
- Business Intelligence (BI): SAP Tools (Crystal, Universe Design)
- AI: GitHub Copilot
- ITIL knowledge for incident, problem and change management policies and processes
- Excellent analytical skills to dive into the processes we support to resolve complex data discrepancies or job failures
- Create and maintain superb technical documentation that will help support our poly-skilled team
- Excellent communication skills to support Project Teams, Operation teams and vendors
