About the role

  • Product Manager defining user interactions and product direction for intelligent robotics systems. Collaborating with design, engineering, and customers to guide product discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product direction and delivery related to the Sunrise intelligent robotic cell experience.
  • Define and prioritise the roadmap for customers and field-facing experiences.
  • Translate on-site workflows into clear product requirements and well-scoped initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Design to create intuitive interfaces for industrial environments.
  • Work deeply with Engineering (10–15 engineers) to shape solutions and manage tradeoffs.
  • Lead product discovery, including customer interviews and site visits.
  • Proactively spend time at customer facilities to understand real-world usage.
  • Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact in decisions.
  • Support go-to-market teams with a clear articulation of product value.
  • Drive clarity and alignment across teams through strong communication and ownership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager owning meaningful scope (not your first PM role).
  • Experience building UI-heavy products with complex workflows.
  • Strong product discovery and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience working closely with designers and engineering teams.
  • Ability to translate physical or operational processes into digital experiences.
  • High empathy for non-technical users in industrial environments.
  • Track record of shipping products that delivered clear business value.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
