About the role
- AWS gaming partnerships lead driving Supabase adoption among game studios building on AWS. Managing hyperscaler, SI, co-sell, and gaming product-growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap
- Manage relationships with AWS’s gaming team, GameLift, gaming ISV/partner organizations, and gaming-focused AWS SAs
- Drive SI partnership motions with gaming systems integrators
- Scope technical gap analyses covering SDK support across Unity, Unreal, and Godot
- Negotiate MNDAs and agreements and manage joint go-to-market plans
- Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams through ACE
- Identify and close gaps in Supabase’s gaming-specific product story
- Represent the gaming motion in AWS SCA and funding conversations
- Provide data and narrative to support investment asks
- Partner with product marketing on gaming-specific content, case studies, and launch narratives
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with AWS or another hyperscaler
- Experience working with or in the gaming industry is a strong plus
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships
- Ability to understand SDK gaps, integration patterns, and technical go-to-market stories
- Strong program management skills
- Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives impacting the bottom line
- Deep understanding of partner attribution and reporting
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics is a plus
