About the role

  • People & Culture Intern supporting onboarding, HRIS, employee engagement, and HR programs at Super.com, a fintech company helping people save, earn, and get more from life.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding by setting up HRIS profiles, scheduling new hires, and coordinating orientation logistics
  • Assist with offboarding, including tracking company property returns and exit procedures
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and employee documentation while following confidentiality protocols
  • Provide administrative support for DE&I, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Wellness initiatives
  • Manage the People Team inbox and Slack channel, answer inquiries, and connect employees with the appropriate People Team member
  • Support the Manager, People & Culture with performance evaluations, surveys, and Joint Health and Safety Committee participation
  • Gather employee metrics for HR reports
  • Assist with HRIS and performance tool implementations through data entry, cleanup, and testing
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Contribute to a healthy, inclusive, and productive organizational culture

Requirements

  • Currently attending a college, university, or school
  • Internship must be part of an academic program or completed independently, as applicable
  • Must reside in the country where your school is located for the complete duration of the internship
  • Available to work core hours from 9/10 am to 5/6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility
  • Available for a 40-hour work week
  • Able to maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Work experience in Human Resources is a bonus
  • CHRP designation is a bonus
  • Must submit an unofficial grade report
  • Internship term from October through August 2027, starting as soon as possible
