About the role
- Technical Solutions Engineer supporting EV charging solutions for customers and sales team at SWTCH. Collaborating with engineering and product teams while providing technical guidance and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the sales team on our EV charging solutions.
- Work with the sales team to develop partnership opportunities by providing technical support.
- Work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our customers.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and services.
- Provide training and education on our EV charging solutions to partners and the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in EV charging technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales and support
- Strong understanding of EV charging technology and industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
