About the role

  • Gestionnaire d'affaires pour l'unité Data & AI de Talan, combinant expertise technologique et conseil en management. Développement de nouvelles opportunités et pilotage des cycles de vente complexes.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Vice President, Data & AI, you will play a key role in growing the Data & AI unit in Quebec
  • Develop and qualify a portfolio of opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (IT, innovation, operations, data, executive leadership)
  • Understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions: data, AI, automation, agentic solutions
  • Position projects aligned with the Data & AI business unit (BU) expertise and market priorities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposal, negotiation, closing
  • Work closely with technical, marketing, recruitment and executive teams

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Data, AI, automation or digital transformation solutions
  • Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally in consulting or technology services
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and closing service agreements
  • University degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to develop business in Quebec, with openness to opportunities in Ontario
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
