About the role
- Senior Product Manager owning enterprise workspace analytics products at Tango Analytics. Driving discovery, modernization, and revenue-linked roadmaps for real estate workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end, including discovery, roadmap, prioritization, specifications, and delivery
- Manage enterprise workflows in real estate transactions, lease analysis, portfolio management, or facilities operations
- Make trade-offs between reducing legacy debt and delivering new value while preserving data models and business rules
- Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers through interviews, data analysis, and competitive research
- Translate customer findings into prioritized, evidence-based roadmap decisions
- Write clear, well-scoped product specifications in an AI-assisted development process
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
- Make and communicate scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions
- Connect product work to retention, expansion, and annual recurring revenue
- Engage directly with VP- and Director-level enterprise stakeholders to validate priorities and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- Workspace analytics experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read data models, evaluate technical trade-offs, and write precise product specifications
- Track record of continuous customer discovery, interviews, synthesis, and evidence-based roadmap decisions
- Experience with complex enterprise workflows and multi-persona systems
- Experience in real estate, facilities, lease administration, or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains preferred
- Experience operating in an AI-native workflow using AI tools for synthesis, research, and specification writing
- Strong prioritization and trade-off decision-making skills in platform modernization contexts
- Ability to connect roadmap decisions to retention, expansion, and company value
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
