Responsibilities
- Ensure that a development team is creating value through customer-focused product increments
- Partner with management to support product vision delivery
- Create and maintain a product backlog, re-prioritize user stories
- Review performance analytics and recommend strategies for enhancement
- Participate in scrum or Kanban events, sharing new ideas
- Manage delivery initiatives and oversee development team backlogs
- Monitor the regulatory environment and partner with senior management to consider product strategy changes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate
- 7+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification considered an asset
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
