Responsibilities
- Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training
- Integrate into TD's employee-focused corporate culture and team
- Work closely with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions
- Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel
- Build and manage a customer base using TD's brand

- Proven sales track record
- Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base

- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal
