About the role

  • Digital product enablement specialist creating demos, training, and knowledge resources for Element Fleet Management. Supporting product demonstrations and client-facing enablement across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Create, organize, and maintain digital product enablement materials, including demo recordings, knowledge base content, training resources, and related digital assets
  • Support product demonstrations and enablement sessions by preparing materials and coordinating logistics
  • Learn from experienced presenters and gradually present portions of demos to internal teams, prospects, and clients
  • Maintain content organization and version control in SharePoint or similar repositories
  • Support RFP and sales enablement content by drafting, updating, and organizing digital product responses
  • Coordinate input from Digital Team stakeholders
  • Collect stakeholder feedback and identify recurring questions or content gaps
  • Recommend updates to improve the quality, usability, and consistency of enablement resources

Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing or business support environment
  • Experience in client success, sales enablement, product enablement, customer support, operations enablement, or a related function
  • Experience creating, organizing, and maintaining demo materials, training resources, knowledge base content, or other enablement materials
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content, track updates, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical or digital product information in a user-friendly way
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to learn or use SharePoint or similar content management tools
  • Background check required after a conditional offer
  • Preferred: experience supporting product demonstrations, client presentations, RFP responses, or sales enablement processes
  • Preferred: familiarity with digital product tools, client portals, workflow technology, or customer-facing digital platforms
  • Preferred: coordinating stakeholder input into reusable business content
  • Preferred: presentation skills or interest in developing demo and client-facing presentation capability
