Responsibilities
- Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Build and develop a customer base using TD’s brand
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance
- Build sales skills and credit knowledge through training
- Work closely with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions
- Use a sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel

- Proven sales track record
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills
- Independent, self-managed professional
- Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market

- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal
- Must comply with applicable provincial or territorial employment regulations in Canada
