About the role

  • Solutions Architect at TD SYNNEX supporting partners and customers with tailored technology solutions. Growth-focused role with opportunities in solution architecture and pre-sales engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Support Solution Design: Assist in developing scalable, cost-effective technology solutions based on customer requirements, business objectives, and existing IT environments
  • Analyze Customer Needs: Review RFI/RFP documents and ask insightful questions to clarify requirements and identify optimal solutions
  • Deliver Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical research, solution sizing, and supporting documentation for proposals and customer engagements
  • Enable Partners & Customers: Deliver technical demos, presentations, and training sessions across multiple technologies and solutions
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales teams, peers, and vendors to develop compelling solution strategies and demo environments
  • Participate in Industry Engagements: Support executive briefings, trade shows, webinars, and technical events to showcase solutions and build brand presence
  • Build Technical Expertise: Pursue vendor certifications and continuously develop knowledge across key technologies and solution areas
  • Develop Trusted Relationships: Establish strong relationships with vendor and reseller partners, becoming a valued technical resource

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT, technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solution support
  • Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or emerging technologies
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Ability to analyze requirements and contribute to solution design
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Exposure to vendor technologies or entry-level data center technical certifications (e.g., server, storage, cyber security)
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, demos, or technical presentations
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and solution development
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels
