About the role
- Scrum Master guiding agile teams in adopting methodologies at Techdinamics. Fostering continuous improvement and collaboration to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices, ensuring alignment with the Scrum framework
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure a clear vision for deliverables
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
- Track and report team progress using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile facilitation role
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven ability to coach teams and individuals toward self-organization and high performance
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
- Passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
