About the role

  • Senior Program Manager overseeing complex clinical IT programs and multidisciplinary teams at TEHORA. Leading digital transformation in healthcare sectors with governance and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure governance and management of complex IT programs;
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee multiple interdependent projects;
  • Contribute to the development of digital transformation strategies;
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams composed of IT, clinical and business resources;
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, risks and issues;
  • Participate in the deployment and enhancement of clinical-administrative solutions;
  • Advise managers and decision-makers on technological directions;
  • Develop communication strategies and change management plans;
  • Produce accountability reports, performance indicators and executive reports;
  • Facilitate steering committees, working workshops and governance meetings;
  • Align organizational, clinical and technological objectives;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of program and project management practices.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in computer science, information technology management, engineering or another related field;
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in IT project or program management;
  • More than five (5) years of experience managing complex IT projects with significant organizational or clinical integration;
  • Demonstrated substantial experience managing programs or portfolios of complex, interdependent projects;
  • Experience deploying or upgrading clinical-administrative solutions such as EHR/EMR, ADT (Admission-Discharge-Transfer), telehealth systems or medical imaging solutions;
  • Proficient in traditional, agile or hybrid project management approaches;
  • Experience in project governance, budget management, risk analysis and accountability reporting;
  • Excellent knowledge of IT organization and governance issues in the health and social services sector;
  • Proven skills in providing strategic guidance to senior leadership;
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic writing and facilitation of working groups;
  • Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, rigor and a strong collaborative spirit.
