About the role

  • Product Manager developing pricing strategies for Koodo's device offers at TELUS. Analyzing competitive pricing and collaborating with teams to execute pricing strategies and offers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze competitive device pricing daily across all intelligence channels
  • Assess competitive and proactive pricing actions, preparing recommendations that cover financial impact, risk, and pricing
  • Collaborate with product teams to ingest and action market-level updates, new device launches, and funding opportunities
  • Prepare and execute offers and pricing
  • Evaluate and approve physical retail offers for day to day usage
  • Contribute to the monthly and quarterly budget and outlook-setting
  • Provide channel marketing support

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, pricing, or commercial strategy within telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods
  • Solid financial and analytical skills, including experience building financial models, conducting payback and ROI analyses, and interpreting P&L and margin data
  • Proven ability to synthesize competitive intelligence and market data into clear, actionable insights and concise written recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside pricing operations, channel, finance, device, and marketing teams
  • Clear and structured communicator
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling, pricing grid management, and spend tracking
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Familiarity with wireless device financing models, including MTM structures, device payment programs, trade-in strategies, and upgrade mechanics is a nice-to-have
