About the role

  • Senior Product Marketing Manager driving go-to-market strategy and execution for TELUS's SMB portfolio. Focusing on product positioning, launch execution, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end PMM function for a portfolio that includes Mobility, Security, and others
  • Define how these products are positioned, launched, and differentiated in a competitive market
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Own the cross-functional planning and execution of product launches across the SMB portfolio, from early-stage strategy through sales enablement and post-launch measurement
  • Shape how our products are positioned and talked about
  • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions for each product in the portfolio, tailored to SMB buyer personas and sales channels
  • Translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints
  • Drive market and customer intelligence
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, buyer research, and industry trend monitoring to surface actionable insights
  • Become the internal expert on SMB buyer behaviour, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities, and share those learnings across the organization
  • Use AI tools and platforms to automate key workflows, accelerate content development, perform competitive intelligence analysis and improve time-to-quality delivery across GTM operations

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a related B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of owning and executing successful product launches end-to-end
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and lead without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can simplify complexity, craft a clear narrative, and adapt your message for different audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using customer and data insights to guide decisions and strategy
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to boost productivity and improve work outcomes such as content generation, competitive analysis, or campaign optimization
  • A bias towards action and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce or other high-growth industries is great to have
  • Familiarity with SMB or enterprise sales motions and channel marketing is great to have
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a nice bonus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
