- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and user expectations.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform product decisions.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to support continuous product improvement.
- Write and maintain product documentation, including user stories and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to promote product success and adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual French/English required, both spoken and written.
- Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) — an asset.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) — an asset.
