About the role

  • Product Owner at Indigo Consulting contributing to large technology projects. Collaborating in a hybrid work environment in Montreal to enhance identity and access management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the product vision based on customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business value and user needs.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and user expectations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform product decisions.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to support continuous product improvement.
  • Write and maintain product documentation, including user stories and functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to promote product success and adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with software development teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual French/English required, both spoken and written.
  • Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) — an asset.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) — an asset.
