Requirements
6 to 8 years of agency experience with a portfolio packed with social-first, campaign-driven work that proves you think beyond the asset.
A conceptual, ideation-first mindset with the ability to build platforms, not just posts.
A strong campaign mentality and experience architecting big, integrated ideas rooted in social.
Cultural fluency, chronically online and instinctively aware of how brands earn attention today.
Strong visual taste and art direction craft that elevates the idea rather than replaces it.
