Responsibilities
Use product analytics/data to recognize patterns and trends to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities
Proactively establish measurement frameworks/success metrics for new product launches/features
Maintain and expand Pendo tagging across the product, ensuring accurate tracking of features, pages, and user interactions
Build strong working relationships with peers, product managers, and senior leadership to drive analytical insights
Own recurring and ad-hoc reporting for your product portfolio, translating complex analyses into clear narratives
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in product analytics, data science, or a related discipline
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
Advanced expertise in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and convert findings into actionable recommendations
Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and large language models
Hands-on experience with AI tools for analytics
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
