About the role
- Manager of AI and Innovation Communications responsible for content development and media relations for AI and technology. Collaborating across teams to enhance brand messaging and execute communications effectively.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality content and communications programs across product launches and customer storytelling
- Draft and edit core communications materials across formats
- Support the execution of product and launch communications
- Assist in developing content for product and technology leaders
- Actively monitor developments in AI and related technologies
- Support proactive and reactive media engagement across various press
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in communications, content, or a related field
- Exposure to technology, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred
- Strong writing skills adaptable to different audiences and channels
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI and emerging technology
- Basic skills in video production or design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exposure to media relations and willingness to develop those skills
