- Support the development and execution of communications strategies for AI product and model launches
- Draft and manage core launch materials
- Own the development of customer success stories and case studies

- Support end-to-end communications for strategic partnership announcements
- Build and maintain relationships with technology media
- Monitor AI industry trends
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in technology communications
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Multiple communications disciplines experience — product, customer, executive, and/or partnership communications
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI
- Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies
- Strong, versatile writer
- Experience building or contributing to media relationships
