Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Power BI, and Symphony
- Translate requirements into clear BI specifications
- Design and optimize data models, tables, views, and pipelines
- Improve performance across datasets, reports, and workflows
- Troubleshoot BI issues and support power users
- Contribute to data warehouse architecture and documentation
- Migrate existing reports into modern BI platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years of BI/reporting experience
- Strong experience with Looker, Symphony, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Expertise in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and cloud data platforms (GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with data modeling, visualization best practices, and NoSQL technologies
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Naturally curious, exploring beyond initial requirements to uncover insights
- Experience with cloud database maintenance
- GitHub Actions/CI/CD, Argo Workflows, Azure DevOps, or Kubernetes
- Background with Building Automation or Work Order Systems (bonus)
