About the role
- Customer and Product Lead owning onboarding, retention, and product feedback for Tofu’s AI-powered hiring trust platform. Partnering with engineering and the CEO to drive product growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey after the sale, including onboarding, QBRs, account health, and churn reduction
- Own renewals and expansion, carrying net revenue retention
- Represent the customer in product planning with engineering
- Bring data on customer needs, willingness to pay, and lost deals
- Translate customer pain into a prioritized product roadmap
- Run betas and launches with key accounts
- Measure product usage and adoption
- Own retention, usage, account health, and feature-adoption metrics
- Establish measurement systems where needed
- Support the team and help build out the company
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on customer and product strategy toward $10M ARR
- Collaborate closely with engineering and sales
Requirements
- Background in consulting, investment banking or similar
- Experience working at a startup
- Experience as part of a team that built a SaaS product generating millions in revenue
- Strong numerical, analytical, and somewhat technical skills
- Ability to pull your own data
- Strong product instincts
- Willingness to talk to customers frequently
- Self-directed and proactive
- Toronto-based
- Bonus: founded a company before, or built a product or side project with real scale or revenue
