Senior Product Manager building Toggl Focus, Toggl’s consolidated time tracking and planning product. Owning product direction, prioritization, discovery, metrics, and outcomes within a global remote Product Tribe.
Responsibilities
Own your Product Tribe’s direction, prioritization, and outcomes
Define goals, translate company priorities into team focus, and identify opportunities and risks
Prioritize and sequence work while excluding low-value work
Develop a strong point of view on the product area and make clear tradeoffs
Build understanding of user problems through customer calls, support and sales input, user research, and data
Shape solutions with design and engineering around user and business value
Lead designers within the Tribe through prototyping, user testing, and UX quality
Review flows, experiments, metrics, and shipped output during execution
Resolve ambiguity quickly and help the team converge faster
Coach the team on problem framing, decision quality, and high-value work
Define OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and kill criteria for initiatives
Measure impact after launch and decide whether to iterate, scale, or roll back
Participate in roadmap reviews and communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and risks
Explain direction and decisions simply to keep stakeholders aligned
Use AI tools extensively for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, exploration, and prototyping
Help build and launch Toggl Focus, combining time tracking, planning, capacity management, reporting, and insight
Requirements
Proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, or experience building and shipping products used by real people
Experience owning product decisions end to end, potentially as a PM, founder, or in another product-owning role
Extremely high bar for product quality and strong product development craft
Strong product judgment and ability to make grounded tradeoffs independently
Problem-first approach focused on user needs and business impact
Ability to define and own outcomes using KPIs, experiments, data interpretation, and results-based decisions
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, adapt to new insights, and course-correct
Ability to learn a new domain quickly
Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, including balancing self-serve adoption with sales-assisted motions
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping; AI fluency is required
Self-directed working style and ability to ask for help when needed
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Values transparency, ownership, and speed over perfection
Nice to have: experience leading designers, user research, prototyping, and usability testing
Main working location must be between UTC-4 and UTC+4:00
