Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans and cases for software projects.
- Create and maintain testing documentation and provide actionable feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, promoting continuous improvement.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software reliability and functionality.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance.
- Conduct performance and load testing to assess application scalability and stability.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint plannings, retrospectives, and demos with coworkers and clients.
- Attend tech meetups, conferences and write blog posts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Proficiency in manual testing and experience with test automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and Agile/Scrum.
- Ability to lead a QA team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full time from any of the time zones in the Americas.
