Requirements

- Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual craft.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and proactively shaping direction.
- Able to break down complex systems and design scalable, coherent solutions.
- Clear, confident communicator who can articulate decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
- Experience collaborating deeply with product and engineering.
