Responsibilities
- Serve as Senior Project Manager on rail and transit projects
- Act as a technical leader in the planning and design of rail infrastructure projects
- Play a leading role in building and scaling a Civil/Structural rail team
- Drive business development efforts—identify opportunities, lead pursuits
- Lead proposal development, including strategy, technical approach, and client engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with transit agencies
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality
- Manage client expectations, negotiate scope changes
- Collaborate across TYLin’s global teams
Requirements
- Progressive experience in project management within the transportation sector
- Demonstrated expertise in track design, rail corridor infrastructure, and/or transit facility design
- Proven ability as a seller/doer
- Experience building or growing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Registered P.Eng. (PEO preferred)
- Strong understanding of the GTA transit market
- Established relationships with transit agencies, municipalities, and industry partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Active participation in relevant professional organizations
